The following Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors or users (“you,” “your,” or “yours”) of our Website and of our webpages (collectively, our “Services”). By using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Website. If you do not agree to any of these changes, you must discontinue using the Website.
Bella Clark Jewellery is based in Melbourne, Australia. All products displayed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Faulty Items
All pieces purchased online are non-refundable. All items are handmade to order and therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.
If a ring from the 'Ready to Ship' section is the wrong size and cannot be resized, we can do an exchange only for the same ring in the correct size. The ring must be in its original packaging and condition and must be unworn.
If the piece is faulty, please email hello@bellaclarkjewellery.com with the order number, an image of the actual piece and a description. If the piece has a manufacturing fault, a replacement will be made. A replacement cannot be made for items damaged with natural wear and tear or if they have been lost. Replacements can only be made within 30 days of purchase. If eligible for a return/refund due to a fault, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the piece has been damaged by accident through wear and tear we can assess the piece to create the best outcome.
Warranty
All pieces are hand made with TLC ~ While it's very rare, if your ring breaks or a stone falls out due to a manufacturing fault within the first year of wear, we will repair or replace the item free of charge once the piece has been assessed in the studio. If your ring is damaged, please discontinue wearing it immediately and contact us at hello@bellaclarkjewellery.com.
If there is damage to the metal or if a stone becomes loose or falls out after the first year of wear, there may be repair or replacement costs. Please email us, and we can assess the piece to determine the best course of action.
We recommend visiting the studio once every 1 - 2 years to give the piece a new lease on life. This includes a deep clean and re-polish to buff out any scratches and a thorough check of all the settings, especially if the piece has stones.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
Please note these T&Cs can only be applied to pieces purchased through the online store or via direct email and cannot be applied to pieces sold at any of our stockists.
Bespoke Pieces
The process of designing each perfect piece is a collaborative process, which ensures it will be treasured forever. Because of the time spent during this process of collaboration, a minimum 50% deposit must be made within seven days of the invoice being received for bespoke pieces. This deposit is non-refundable. Once the deposit has been made, the making process will begin. The rest of the invoice must be paid before the piece is picked up or posted.
Alternatively, the invoice can be paid in full within seven days of being received, which will also then start the making process. This payment is non-refundable.
Bespoke pieces are non-refundable and exchanges or refunds are not offered for change of mind.
Currently, our making time for bespoke pieces is approximately 4-6 weeks. We will endeavour to always keep you updated on the status of the turnaround time or you can contact us at anytime by email for an update.
Quotes for 14ct + 18ct rings can be discussed, as well as yellow, white or rose gold - as these prices are all unique and subject to change. Please note that these prices may change slightly due to design.
Products & Content
All Bella Clark content, products and prices shown on this site are subject to change without notice at any time. We make the best effort to display correctly the images and descriptions of our products, including the colours. Colour of the hues of the gemstones used may vary due the natural properties, tones may also vary depending on your computer screen. Every piece is made by hand by Bella therefore every piece is slightly different. Because each piece is made by hand, it may vary slightly from what is pictured online. Imperfections are a sign of the artists hand and makes each and every piece unique and beautiful in its own way.
Placing and order & order confirmation
Please follow the checkout instructions to place your order. Once we have received the order, we will send you an Order Confirmation via e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your order. All orders are subject to approval by Bella Clark and we will confirm the order is complete by sending you an Australian Post tracking number via email. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the products are no longer in our inventory. We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
